The Challenge

Seeking to introduce novel therapies for a range of dermatological conditions encompassing Atopic Dermatitis, Alopecia Areata, and Vitiligo, across the Asian, African, and Middle Eastern regions, a prominent global biopharmaceutical company collaborated with DKI Health.

This collaboration aimed to gain deeper insights into the unique challenges confronted by patients and patient communities within these regions.


Our Solution

  • Identified and prioritized stakeholders with the potential to improve education and awareness on underdiagnosed dermatologic conditions as well as those with the potential to impact policies related to approval, access, and uptake in each country (stakeholders key opinion leaders, patient advocates, medical institutions, industry and trade organizations, and individual patient influencers).

  • Identified global and regional organizations that support patients with dermatologic conditions in priority countries within these regions.

  • Mapped key disease priorities and evaluated initiatives relevant to each stakeholder category, ensuring strategic alignment with their areas of expertise.

  • Identified opportunities to amplify the voices of patients, fostering a platform where their perspectives could be incorporated.
